Step 01Assessment

We listen before we prescribe anything.

Your first appointment is a conversation, not an evaluation. A licensed clinician spends 90 minutes understanding your history, your schedule, and your definition of a good outcome. Nothing is decided until you agree to it.

Deliverable

Day-One Intake Checklist

  • Government-issued photo ID
  • Insurance card (or self-pay confirmation)
  • List of current medications and dosages
  • Emergency contact information
  • Most recent physical exam records (if available)
  • Court documents (if court-referred)
  • Questions you want answered on day one
The full printable checklist is included in the Recovery Roadmap PDF.
Step 02Medical Stabilization

The body steadies before the work begins.

Withdrawal is a medical event, not a moral failure. Our clinical team manages detox with 24/7 monitoring, evidence-based medication protocols, and a daily schedule structured enough to feel safe, flexible enough to feel human.

Deliverable

Sample Stabilization Day

7:30 AMMorning vitals check & medication review
9:00 AMGroup stabilization session (60 min)
11:00 AMIndividual medical consultation
1:00 PMNutritional support & rest period
3:00 PMPsychoeducation — understanding withdrawal
5:00 PMOptional family check-in call (15 min)
7:00 PMEvening reflection & sleep hygiene
Schedules are individualized — this reflects a typical Day 2–4 structure.
Step 03Individualized Therapy

Your treatment plan is yours. We write it together.

No two dependencies are identical. A senior partner at a law firm and a 24-year-old referred by a judge may both need CBT, but they need it delivered differently. Your therapist selects modalities with you, explains why, and adjusts when something isn't working.

Deliverable

Your Therapy Options

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Thought patterns & triggers

Motivational Interviewing (MI)

Building internal resolve

EMDR

Trauma processing

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

Emotional regulation

Acceptance & Commitment (ACT)

Values-based living

Executive Coaching Integration

For working professionals

Your therapist selects 2–3 modalities during the assessment. You review and agree before any session begins.

Step 04Family Integration

The people around you are part of the equation.

Dependency doesn't stay behind closed doors, and neither does recovery. We provide structured family sessions, a weekly written update, and clear guidance on what helps and what harms — without turning your family into therapists.

Week 2 — Family Update

Progress note:Medically stable, entering therapy phase
Your role this week:One 30-min family session (Wed, 4pm)
What to say:"I'm here. I'm not going anywhere."
What to avoid:Discussing finances or work stress

Families receive a structured update each week — clear, bounded, and written to reduce anxiety without oversharing clinical details.

Step 05Aftercare Planning

Discharge is a beginning, not an ending.

You leave with a written plan you helped create: outpatient schedule, peer support contacts, a named care coordinator you can call, and a 12-month check-in calendar. The door stays open.

Deliverable

Sample Aftercare Timeline

Week 1–2 post-discharge

Daily check-in calls with your care coordinator

Week 3–4

Transition to outpatient group (3x/week)

Month 2–3

Individual therapy bi-weekly + peer support group

Month 4+

Monthly clinical review, alumni network access

Year 1

12-month milestone review and updated care plan
